The owner of this property is wonderful, very attentive to detail and takes great pride in this beautiful property. Perched on the side of the Sandia Mountains, all roads very accessible and easy to find, this property provides you with the mountain at your side overlooking the gorgeous city of Albuquerque! We arrived on the hottest day of the year, the cooling system cooled our space quickly after an easy and efficient electronic entry. Very clean and comfortable, this place has it all to make your stay comfortable, even supplying laundry soap! Don't miss this one, we are so grateful we found it and regretted having to leave!

We enjoyed our stay. glad we chose this place. It was conveniently located. We arrived on July 4 and enjoyed seeing the fireworks all over the city from the patio.

Could not ask for a better experience. Such a nice well furnished and clean apartment. The view of the mountains and the evening view of the sunset over lol the city was amazing. Close to shopping and trails. Close to my sons place. I will definitely stay here again. Wife was very happy Happy Wife….Happy Life!!!

I had to come to Albuquerque for a few days for work. The wife wanted to come along just to work from a different location so we had to find a place for us and the dogs. This location was amazing. The house was clean and laid out very nice. The kitchen had all the dishes we needed for our stay and there was even local coffee for us to use. A nice fenced in backyard with a great view was perfect for the dogs and a nice place to sit in the evening. The host was very communicative when we needed it. Thank you for the stay!

Everything was Wonderful! Great location. You can get to all Albuquerque has to offer with a short drive. Nice sized kitchen, bedroom and bathrooms. Perfect place for our dog, with a wonderful enclosed back patio. Thank you Jake!

Clean and comfortable condo close to many attractions.

This property was extremely convenient as our daughter, son-in-law and grandson live near by. It is very close to some hiking trails and a short drive to some excellent restaurants. The property was in a complex with 3 other units, all of which were unoccupied. It was located in a nice addition and good for walks.

Easy to find and located close to restaurants, grocery store and foothills of the Sandia mountains. So many trails to walk or hike close by. Would stay here again.

This was perfect for us. Well equipped kitchen..great bed in the master bedroom(nice and firm)..clean and very comfortable overall. It's a nice residential neighborhood and within walking distance to the foothill trail system. The only thing I didn't enjoy was the traffic noise since the master bedroom faces the busy Tramway Blvd and we had the window open at night. However, the noise died down about 10 pm and it was relatively quiet after that. It's really a great place all-in-all and would certainly stay here again.

A family gathering brought us to the area. Our accommodations were as advertised and if we had questions, Jake was right there via messages with answers. There were enough little extra touches to make it a pleasant experience. And Jake had notations as to close-by suggestions for both fun and essentials needed. It was homey without being over the top or underwhelming in presentation. And that’s exactly what we wanted. Recommended.

This property is very nice and easy to access!

Safe and comfortable stay for 4 people. Single story with privacy, off street parking, outfitted kitchen, full size indoor laundry, gas grill and dining / lounging on back patio. Televisions in living area for family viewing and watching in primary bedroom. Cooked breakfast a few days and everything we needed was present. Enjoyed having fresh brewed coffee in the morning with coffee, sugar and creamer provided. Excellent property to bring your small dog along with enclosed side yard and patio (no grass). Great dining out options very close. We would definitely stay again on another trip. Best lodging option we have ever stayed in for an extended stay!!!

The view from the backyard was quite relaxing for morning teas and evening dinners. Couple of things did not work when we checked in and Jake was super responsive. He really cared about our comfort, which is quite comforting. He allowed us to check in 2 hours early. He even allowed us to borrow his skillet. You will never go wrong with this rental place. Highly recommend it.

I was in town visiting my bff of 40+ years for the week of July 4th (2nd-7th) Check in and check out were literally the easiest I've ever experienced in my life! Jake Aragon was professional and made the process effortless! The unit was 1 of 4 and had easy access parking directly in front of property. Great location close to all kinds of shopping, the bike and hiking trail along Tramway, restaurants, and surrounded by the gorgeous Sandia mountains. The unit was immaculate, modern, and cozy! There was a tip box for their cleaning lady which was nice bc she does an AMAZING job (place was spotless from floor to ceiling)! Both rooms/bathrooms were welcoming in addition to being stocked with soft towels and linens. The kitchen had every convenience needed for the week and had little extras like a Brita water pitcher chilled in the fridge, condiments, spices, etc. Delicious Piñon coffee every morning was a must! Super comfy bed with wonderful linens and pillows. Clean showers and the skylights throughout house gave enough natural light that lights were only necessary at nighttime. Only hiccup was some maintenance work to the gutters that was scheduled months prior and I wasn't aware of until an hour after the workers started. Kinda noisy but I was in constant contact with host and they finished within a few hours and we were able to enjoy lunch out on the patio looking at the beautiful Sandia mountains! Just gorgeous weather and scenery ;) I will DEFINITELY stay here again whenever I'm in Albuquerque and I'm looking forward to next time already!!!! Thank you Jake for making my getaway spectacular and being available within the hour for any questions or concerns! It was truly appreciated!

Our family of four (two adults and two grown children - 22 & 17) absolutely enjoyed our stay at Jake's Cibola Addition home. We appreciated how much attention was given to making the home comfortable and functional - extra pillows, full-length mirrors in both bedrooms, hairdryers, hooks by the door, etc. The space is cozy and larger than it looks online, and it is spotlessly clean. We loved the location - easy access to the Sandia Foothills trails, a great brewpub (Boxing Bear), and Tramway. Jake was quick to respond to messages. We would absolutely stay here again. This place is in a great location. Very clean and well stocked. Jake is awesome and very responsive. He even remembered this was a birthday trip for my wife. He ran into her outside and wished her a happy birthday, made her day. Thanks for an awesome experience. BTW…brunch place across Tramway is incredible.
