The property is very well maintained, with pools throughout the property and good areas for beach access with showers to rinse the sand before coming back onto the property. The hibiscus flowers were gorgeous and the St. Augustine grass looked great. The sidewalk to the beach was a nice feature as you encounter very little (if any) car traffic on your way to the beach.
This particular unit is almost the furthest from the beach on the property. It was still an excellent value, and guest parking is available closer to the beach.

My recent stay at Jamica Royale was marked by a high standard of cleanliness throughout the property. Although I encountered difficulties accessing the unit upon arrival, the customer service team demonstrated commendable professionalism and persistence. They reset the entry system multiple times until the issue was resolved, ensuring I was ultimately able to enter. Their dedication to resolving the matter left a positive impression and contributed to an overall satisfactory experience.

I liked that we had a full size fridge. The beds were not bad. The downtown is great. A lot of restaurants and bars.
I got the wrong impression on the listing. I thought it was a beach house. This is a motel. Listing says 50 feet from the beach. We were definitely much farther than that. Maybe their first tower is 50 ft, but the motel part that we stayed at was more like half a mile!
