The staff, lady at reception and young guy at the bar, so nice a friendly! The lovely complimentary petit fours delivered to our room was a nice touch

The property was bright and clean
The property is far from the centre. The dinner is served from 8:30pm which is to late for any child.
The food was ok nothing really nice about it. However staff were nice
The lady on reception was horrible the one with auburn shortish hair. She didn’t even crest us when we entered the hotel.
However the Second Lady was very helpful.
There was another guy who was not nice as well he was holding the lift for luggage and wouldn’t help us get another lift so eventually we figured out another lift for ourselves.
To get to the pool you gave to walk a marathon it so far there is got to be a more direct way to the pool. The pool is. Not heated.

"Ottimi servizi. Pulizia impeccabile, camere enormi e letti comodissimi ed estremamente spaziosi (perfetti per famiglia con bimbi piccoli che ancora si infilano a letto con i genitori). Anche il bagno ..."
