The property is located walking distance from the old town which makes it very practical. The breakfast was very good and the staff very friendly.

The hotel would need to be refurbished. It is a 5 star hotel and I know it’s always full because it’s a important destination but it could use a little update.

A stay we’ll remember for the warmth, kindness and laughter! ❤️ We loved our time at NH Collection Santiago. The amazing, cosy spa was a lovely place to unwind, and the nearby park was perfect for peaceful walks a beautiful way to slow down and enjoy our time in Santiago. A very special thank you to the lovely lady who helped us get a lift when our taxi didn’t turn up. What could have been a stressful morning became such a fun and unforgettable adventure! We still missed the bus, but honestly, we wouldn’t change a thing the laughter was far more precious. Sometimes the unexpected moments become the best memories! Thank you for looking after us with such warmth. It’s people like you who make a hotel stay truly special. ✨

Nothing really... maybe the sauna door needs to be repaired it didn't close properly.

30+ mins wait for a taxi to the airport and staff at reception not that helpful

Good bed and shower, free parking, nice leafy location 12 min walk into old town.

Generally showing signs of age, interiors somewhat bland, pool area surrounds very hot and slippery, lacking chairs and atmosphere at outdoor pool ruined by noise from indoor pool. Minor maintenace issues in room, door keys which repeatedly become inactive.
