First of all I want to thank the reception staff for their immediate reaction and help in quite a dramatic situation for me. At check in I realised that I had lost all my documents and cards on a bus, so I was considerably shaken. The lady at the desk immediately took care of the problem. I really appreciate her professional approach and empathy. It really helped me to calm down and and then enjoy our stay and the rest of our trip. I am much obliged! The hotel also exceeded my expectations. It is located in the heart of the historical part of Santiago, right next to the Cathedral. From our windows we had a view to the temple's towers and to the charming hotel patio with its amazing glass roof. The room was a perfect mix of stylish elegance and practical convenience. It had enough space to feel comfortable, the spotlessly clean and bright bathroom had a very wide range of toiletries (even a toothbrush). We felt very relaxed here. It was a pity that we could only spend two nights there. If we ever come back to Santiago this will be our first choice!

I loved everything about this hotel. The location was great for walking to popular sights as well as the train station. The staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful! I had a single room and the air conditioner worked great on warm days. My room was very clean and looked just like the photos. A wonderful treat after walking the Camino!

Location. Attractive. Very helpful and friendly staff - really great.

Little dust on the wood floor. Bathroom layout is odd. To get out of the shower you have to step in a small space between the tub and toilet. Awkward.

Sandra at the front desk gave us wonderful suggestions for how to spend our time in Santiago. She was available to answer our questions and provided friendly, exceptional service for the whole of our stay!

Location is great and staff are EXTREMELY helpful. Breakfast very good also.

I liked everything but since the building is old you hear sounds of other guests. But still very charming.

The main reason we booked this hotel is the location which is very close to the cathedral. Staff is super friendly.

We got the room on the top floor under the roof with low ceiling and no view. Room was rather small, not enough space for luggage, and we only had two small luggage. A little far from the paid parking garage.
