I loved everything! Super polite and helpful staff. Great facilities. Getting a kettle to make my own tea was such a bonus after 3 weeks walking the Camino!! Great Laundry facilities downstairs. Very easy location to access the pilgrim office and cathedral.

Recently renovated hotel (used to be a hospital) with numerous rooms for visitors and students who attend the local University. Rooms are spacious and clean. Daily housekeeping is provided and staff do a superb job of maintaining hotel’s brand new appearance. Bed was comfortable with good quality linens and pillows, private bathroom with a good shower and TV with Netflix. WiFi was super fast and met all of our streaming needs. Our room had a kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave, hot water kettle and table setting of plates, bowls, cutlery for two people. Our rental came with a buffet style breakfast which was sufficient to meet our morning needs. All units are accessible by elevators thus making the entire hotel wheelchair accessible. Good location-no more than 10 min walk to old town.

I’ve never been a fan of motion light sensors. The bathroom had a motion light sensor which turned itself OFF after approximately 45 sec. No where near enough to address bathroom needs including showers. The main light switch in the room had to be turned on as a result. Perhaps there is a way to adjust the sensors to stay on for a considerable more time.

There was no coffee maker or kettle (was shown coffee maker in photo) Also no hairdryer to dry hair and AC didn't heat up the room was always on chilled no matter what I did with settings. Snobby young receptionists on day time... didn't like their attitude one bit!
