Where to start? From start to finish this was an unforgettable experience. Gianlucca (Mother Superior) is the best, he treated us and our dog Moon which so much love we felt welcomed from day 1. The hotel staff were incredible and honestly I didn't think how much reception and the staff can make an experience until we stayed at this hotel. Everything we needed was there, anytime we needed something it was taken care of, every day greeted by jokes and smiles and laughter - it really made San Antonio a beautiful place, there are just not enough words to describe the positive atmosphere here. We will definetely stay here 1,000x over and every time we visit.

Location at the hotel, and that is all. :(
The cleanliness of the room was a bit worse, the furniture was heavily used, with traces of partner games. The walls were probably made of paper, we could hear our neighbors next door as if they were in our room and even at 2am :(
