Location: fantastic House cleanliness and rooms: fantastic Pool: a little small but we got it heated which worked out well in cold weather Laundry/dryer: there is 1 on every floor - this is incredible View: so so good - probably one of the best views in Destin on the top floor Beach access: incredible - took 2 mins tops to get to the ocean Couple of things that were issues: - The breaker on the second fridge on the main level kept tripping. We lost a days worth of groceries due to it not working which was frustrating. The tech came out to fix but we had to locate the breaker - which then kept tripping even after the fridge was apparently fixed.- The bathroom on the 4th floor had a wrench as a turning mechanism - this felt very odd when trying to shower - ice machine required a lot of effort to use when it should be straightforward. It also stopped and started randomly - parking in the pictures listed are incorrect - they show the pictures from the condo place next door which isn't the place to park. It's right under the house Overall - this house is awesome. Just a few nitpicks that could make this over the top. Gave it 4 stars but if I could, it would be a 4.75 as the above issues weren't that bad.

I would definitely stay here again. Only con is there is no elevator in such a massive home yet it’s beautiful and extremely close to the beach

We loved this home more than any we’ve stayed at yet! Super clean, awesome main kitchen, great floor plan, great TVs with entertainment options, AWESOME POOL AND GAME ROOM, 30 sec walk to a beautiful beach and great views from all rooms! We will be booking this property again for next year!

One of the best venues our family has rented. The uncrowded beautiful beach is literally steps away and everything you need is close (there were not many amenities on site and pots and pans could be updated). The private pool and game room were a big hit and nice house layout for privacy. The views from the balconies were worth the climb. Host communication was good and a quick response to a call about a grill problem (new grill). Construction in the area but they worked reasonable hours. We would definitely stay there again.
