One of the worse hotels I have ever stayed in. From check in until leaving, it was awful. The room was poor, the beds were absolutely awful, the shower was terrible and the one member of staff we did meet was argumentative.

Outside room, no privacy as window looks straight on to car park, matteress was very old and uncomfortable. Took a photocopy of my ID which I thought was a bit strange.

Helpful owner let me check in early. Much better than reviews I had read. Spotless linen,very clean bathroom. Had a nice quiet fridge and a fan,much appreciated on such a hot day. Hairdryer there,everything I could need. Lovely character building. Plenty of tea/coffee making facilities. Would revisit if I'm in the area.

The rooms were awful, springs coming through the mattress, squeak and creek every movement, shower was leaking and turned off every 2 mins; also takes a long time to warm up, floor had gone soft from shower leaking in bathroom, don’t clean rooms and don’t provide fresh towels every day, tv is pixilated, there was hairs in the bed under the sheet, very dates and old fashioned, no restaurant or bar open, also hear every noise from road
