all staff members were young, quick, and energetic. Responded on time. No hidden taxes.

Bad

Nothing, they are theft. I arrived in the evening at the hotel and nobody tell me nothing, because they didnt speak english. They move me in other hotel, the cheper one and there have only 2 ugly rooms. be carrefoul its a trap!

Pleasant

Nice room and bed. Location ok but roads outside make pedestrian walk difficult TV allowed HDMI connection. Very fast WIFI just outside my room. Good laundry iron service at reasonable rate. Breakfast good.

1.Bathroom. Shower area difficult to stand in. Commode seat seems to have rough use. No light over mirror for shave. 2. next door exhaust fan out put into my bathroom so very smelly. 3. Had to pay for water and no provision of kettle to make tea. 5. AC turned off from switch board and have to tell reception to turn it back on.

the beds were confortable, area near to E10 markaz, area quiet and confortable, the staff was enough good to attend

The rooms in the down area has paint problem and look very bad, but beds were confortable. with little work this should look fine

Exceptional

it was fantasttic stay over there and i will prefer this plae to stay agin in coming few months and ever.

Nothing..everthing is fine.. property is good neat and clean ans sstaff is very good with quick service providers.

Passable

We were at the hotel at around 1.30pm and despite our check-in at 12pm, room was not ready, they had wait us till the staff was getting room ready for us.. Also on asking about this delay the staff reminded me that we don't give room to Karachi residents (which they didn't mention in details) as it was their favor on us..
