Didn’t stay for breakfast.
Would’ve liked coffee/tea in room and also water from sink, shower, toilet was brown a d had air in the pipes. Based upon missing carpet on floor in hallway near the room I assume there was some work done prior to our arrival and the room wasn’t checked before being rented to customers.

First impressions go a long way… Michael at the front desk was a pleasure to deal with. There were some workmen in the lobby cleaning and the place seemed terrific. Our room was as clean as an operating room. We loved the fact that there weren’t any carpet. The floor and the entire room was spotless. No smell of pot like most of the places we stay at.
Nothing negative with this place. I just hope they continue the great work. I will absolutely return.

Not sure why they require a $400 CASH deposit from someone that lives locally. I was having some work done to my property that required me to get a room for night. The deposit was so unnecessary especially if it’s not required from ALL of your quests. I felt almost like a form of discrimination. If you have a person major credit card and there are damages just charge it. But if you’re going g to require that amount of cash from one person the. It should be required from ALL.

Quiet, so very refreshingly clean!!
Absolutely NO hot water, couldn’t shower or wash up in sink as the water was sooooo cold.
