Tru By Hilton absolutely exceeded my expectations! The room was beautiful, I found great comfort and rest. I was very impressed as soon as I walked into the front lobby. The swing chairs, near the windows...that is amazing, plus the outside patio and the rock fire pit gave me much comfort. I thank you all, the staff was truly wonderful too!
Honestly, I cannot think of one thing that I didn't like.

Location, breakfast and staff was great.
Fan in bathroom didn't work so made the floor very slippery after any shower. Also bathroom door didn't shut/lock properly.

The breakfast was typical for a hotel. The sausages were real, the eggs were...... The pancake maker ran out of mix often leaving people waiting.
The location of the building for our purposes was great.
Our room fronted the expressway.....NOISY!

Great location and staff with the exception of us being in the smallest king room I’ve ever seen! We had two dogs with us and my girlfriend did work from the room one day. It was not comfortable with the 4 of us in such a small room
See above. The room was the smallest king I’ve ever seen
