Enjoyed our stay but we were not aware of all the stairs. Perhaps you could note that since some people have difficulty on stairs.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our long stay at Caledonia Bay Lookout this February and March. The home is welcoming, warm, comfortable, and beautiful. We enjoyed making meals in the well appointed kitchen. It has a fabulous location! We took at least two walks a day along the ocean (so close to the home). And we really enjoyed walking into downtown PG to eat and shop. Sanctuary was wonderful and fast to work with for two minor issues. Thank you for allowing us to relax and make ourselves at home in Pacific Grove.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is divided among three floors, with the topmost floor being the very nice master bed with gorgeous master bath; the other two adequate and tidy rooms on the ground floor; and the kitchen and living rooms in the middle. Kitchen was well appointed and expertly lit, and the living rooms were cozy and had plenty of room.Location wise you could hardly ask for more: a brief walk to Lover's Point in one direction, and another brief walk to the main commercial street of Pacific Grove in the other direction. We will definitely stay here the next time we come to the Monterey area!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice clean place in good location. Well equipped kitchen, except for no kitchen knives and a bit awkward layout and cabinetry (like a small apartment kitchen). Knives were provided near the end of our stay, it was difficult to reach management. Our main issue was the furniture and bedding wasn’t comfortable to us. The king bed mattress was concave and extremely soft. All the seating was similar. At this price point, that was disappointing. We were happy our dogs were allowed at the house but it was a bit tricky with the lack of easy yard access, had to leash them to take them out (only exterior doors are in bedrooms that had our sleeping people in them). Because of the cabinets located in at the end of the garage, we were unable to use the garage, which was another benefit we selected this home for. Overall, this home seemed set up for online photos but not comfort.
