We actually stayed at the Chic 2 Chic Studio. Quiet location with easy access to 2 subway lines that provides routes to the centre of the city. 8 minute walk to the subway station and about 15 minutes to the old town. Communication with Valentina was excellent (via WhatsApp), simple self check in, spotless and well appointed. A couple eateries within a short walking distance.
All expectations fulfilled.

Tutto nuovo quindi era pulito….

Very clean, spatious room, excellent amenities, easy to check-in and check-out, parking spots available on the spot, quiet location, close to public transportation.
This is just an observation, not something that I didn't like: in my opinion the description and the pictures on booking.com did not reflect all the great things about the rooms: how big the rooms were, the kitchenette, the amenities (toiletry, slippers, bathroom robe, coffee, tea, candies, soft drinks, and water included).

Amazing host, extremely responsive of our needs and eager to solve our issues. Parking was definitely the most important aspect of the location. We did not drive the whole trip, so the car remained in the parking lot safely.
The kitchen area was complete with all necessary utensils. Decoration and cleanliness were definitely a huge plus + toothbrushes, razor set were available.
The matress and the pillows are just so uncomfortable - Room 2. Unfortunately, we kept waking up in the middle of the night due to discomfort. Definitely, the quality here can be improved. Our trip was powerfully impacted by the lack of proper sleep. However, the strong coffee provided in the room helped.
