It was clean, but would need some renovations (furniture, bathroom) but then it would be more expensive. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location quite far from center but accessible and closer to my needs.

Shower tub could have been better, but still was ok.

Dated and broken furniture. Dirty and broken bathroom appliances. The sink drain and plastic pipe connector was filled with gunk which gave off a disgusting smell. Black mould was developing as well. This has to be addressed immediately as it’s a health an safety issue. Pest control people were present there for a day and guests were required to be away from their rooms for several hours because of the harmful substances they used.

clean rooms and fresh linen, breakfast is tasty, personal is open to assist and cooperate in any question, very positive atmosphere, located in very quiet place with an easy access to the city centre and city park with the biggest shopping malls in the closest area. Really, it was a very good stay, I can recommend this hotel for the normal people, who are not going crazy of "luxury" life.

I haven’t seen more personal attitude from the front desk manager. we came with the little baby in 5 am, and the girl helped us a lot!!! thank you very much, once again!
