Personalul de la Recepție Mic dejunul

Liftul nu funcționa, pentru că era lăsată deschisa ușa la lift de la etajele superioare , iar personalul hotelului nu era preocupat să rezolve situația/ comportamentul celor cazați în hotel Deși erau indicatoare de "Fumatul interzis", inclusiv în camera se simțea mirosul de fum/ tutun Gălăgia făcută de cei care erau cazați / locuiau acolo

The location is central, we could walk to the old town. Friendly staff.

The smell of cigarette inside of the room was terrible. Even my clothes were smelling on the next day. Only stayed for 1 night, I had to leave the windows open, for fresh air, consequently the noise from outside was very loud. The room wasn’t proper cleaned, lots of dusty and used shampoo were left in the room. Really disappointed.

The service was very good

Hotel was 24hours reception and our room was ready. There was private parking in front of the hotel, it was confortable for that.

Breakfast was poor. They would be better…
