Property was nice and as described, and was a perfect base for our golfing bachelor party!

This home is spacious and homey. Really worked out nicely. I own an event design company and we were producing a wedding in Harbor Springs, and this was a quiet get away for my team after a long day's work. Thanks so much!!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was large enough for six adults. Nice deck area. Mattresses were uncomfortable. Nasty Carpet in living area really needs to be replaced with flooring and area rugs. Ice maker in fridge did not work at all which was very inconvenient. Garbage disposal didn’t work for the first two days until repairman came and fixed it. We would not choose to rent this house again. It’s too far from town to walk and it sits on top of the bluff making it difficult to bike. Graham is an excellent rental agent.

We visit in northern Michigan about once a year and this was our first time staying in Harbor Springs, which we loved. The house provided all the comforts of home and was as pictured. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. Not sure about walking from the house to the village, but it was a 5 minute drive. We loved the Pier restaurant and Pond Hill Winery just 5 miles away. We visited Mackinac Island one day which was an easy drive for a day trip. We had blue skies every day. And our little doggie Riley loved it too. Perfecto!

We enjoyed our stay. Great space for family or a group. Less than 5 min drive to downtown. We enjoyed the fire pit and outdoor seating.

Reviewer Comments: Our first rental had an unexpected issue with the well and therefore made it impossible to stay there as results of the water testing would not be in for several days to a week. I think the issue was a surprise to Graham as well as to us. Fortunately Graham Management was very sympathetic to our situation and through quick thinking and and some phone calls made other arrangements for us. So...packed everything up agin...and off to our new spot. The second house worked beautifully for our family of 5 and would definitely stay there again. We thought the carpet was very dirty. Location to town deceiving. Also been waiting for my deposit refund for almost 2 weeks.
