We chose specifically your home because of its proximity to the beach, elevator and numerous amenities. Upon our arrival, we were disappointed to find the garage door was not in working order. My parents as I mentioned are elderly and we were counting on the elevator to get them inside and up to their bedroom. I thank you for your quick action in contacting the maintenance gentlemen and Alaceri, however, my parents did have to wait a bit to have elevator access and a working garage door. My children, 7 and 10, were excited to use the pool and game room. We were disappointed again to find there was only one paddle for the ping pong table and only 2 darts for the dart board. Certainly not enough for a game of either. Again, Alaceri was contacted and later that evening we found the newly purchased items in the game room. Thank you again for correcting this issue, however, the delay in being able to fully enjoy the game room was unfortunate. We found a couple additional issues with the inside of the property. The fireplaces in the main living area and master bedroom did not work. We were looking forward to enjoying them and their ambiance given the cooler temps. Although we could just turn on the heat, it wasn’t as advertised in VRBO. Lastly the kitchen refrigerator’s water and ice dispensers did not work. When I mentioned it to Alaceri, she said you were aware, but nothing was done. We had to purchase bottled water for our stay from the local grocery store.

We had a great stay, Enjoyed the beach during most of the day. The construction next door made it a little noisy at end of day to enjoy the pool.(only a few days) Great restaurants near by.

Our family with ages ranging from 8-75 had such an enjoyable week together staying in this incredible house! We were pleasantly surprised by how close the beach was. We spent the first half of our days enjoying the ocean and then came back to spend the afternoon and evening in the perfect backyard. Between the pool, waterfall, tiki hut, and lighting, it truly was like being in paradise. The game room in the garage was awesome to have at night for those who wanted to stay up later without bothering those who were ready to sleep. Carolyn was such a pleasure to work with and answered every question we had without making us feel like a bother. If AMI is where you are wanting to go, I would highly recommend staying here!

We really enjoyed our stay at Hey Mombo! The location was convenient and the management group was phenomenal. A storm moved through and caused some damage in the pool area and they were very responsive and made repairs to get the pool area open again quickly. Would definitely stay here again!

I can't say enough about how wonderful our stay was in Anna Maria. We brought a graduation group, and the layout of the house was perfect. There were plenty of spaces in and around the house for group activities and plenty of spaces for individual time. The pool area allowed us to have cookouts with plenty of seating and socializing. The graduates enjoyed the game room, the living room, and sitting around the kitchen island eating lunch and snacking. As great as the house was, the service provided by the owner and property manager was the best. I have never stayed in a rental that had such quick service. Both the manager and the owner were just a quick message away and super responsive. I would rent the home again just for this reason. The location was perfect. We were steps from the beach where we enjoyed swimming, sunning, and breathtaking sunsets. There was a Publix just across Manatee Ave. which allowed us to space out our grocery shopping. We were only a short golf cart ride to great restaurants and shopping. The activities that we chose to do were all just a short drive away. We enjoyed parasailing and jet skiing, but our trip would have been perfect just staying at the house and enjoying the beach. The graduates that we took kept saying that our trip was a perfect 10 out of 10. They all had a fabulous time and dreamed about all of them coming back and repeating the trip next year.

We had a great stay! The house itself is big and very accommodating. The property manager was great and so helpful with whatever we needed. Renting the golf cart was easy and very convenient. The house is across the street from a public beach which was nice! Will definitely come back!

The pool was a hit with the family. House had plenty of room for our group of 8 adults and 4 children. We enjoyed our stay. The top floor bedroom was not usable due to the road noise and too hot.
