المكان جدا جميل لكن الوصول له صعب نوعا ما

بعد الكوخ عن مواقف السيارات الصعود والنزول من الدرج كان متعب

Chalet was comfortable Beds and bathroom were clean. Good breakfast.

Chalet lacks the attention to detail which I would expect for the price. Front door difficult to shut, some blinds were broken. There were ants in the bedroom and the windows were dirty. Overall it felt a bit neglected. It could be due to being the end of the season.

The natural and the design

There is no safety and security Their services are very bad The bed cover wasn’t clean My reservation was 6 days and they have no housekeeping to clean the rooms There is no one to help us to carry the luggage, you need to do it by yourself and it’s very difficult particularly for the villa that’s given to me with the long mountain stairs I asked them many time to give me water bottles and they were ignoring our request I heard last night gunshots No one speak neither English or Arabic A noisy voice came from the AC They don’t care about their guests. My elderly mother is unable to walk up and down the stairs. I politely asked if they could move us to a villa closer to the restaurant and the main gate, but their response was, “That’s your mother and your problem
