Written description of the location next to the pedestrian bridge would have been helpful. The contact was available by phone and very helpful.

There were two saucepans but only one lid, the kitchen would have beneffited from a wider range of knives, there was a bread knife and a carving knife and both were blunt. There were only three forks to eat with although the apartment was designed for four people. A wooden spoon would have been good and some of the plastic cooking implements need to be replaced as they have melted. More hooks in the bathroom for towels and clothes would be good. A heated towel rail would be even better in the winter.

Neat and tidy

Excellent location and really good value for money. Everything was clean and we had all we wanted.

There was no WiFi.

The location was brilliant

It’s wasn’t cleaned when we arrived even though they came back and re done it abit. It need tlc and a deep clean in all areas. Dirty bags of laundry stored under the stairs!! Cigarette buts down the back of sofa and a stained and crumbled duvet put on the bed!
