L’emplacement était bien. Le fait d’avoir une baignoire était vraiment cool !:)

Les employé.e.s de ménages sont passé.e.s malgré la pancarte indiquant la demande de ne pas rentrer dans la chambre. Il manquait aussi les piles de la télécommande.

The staff were friendly and helped us swap the room when I had made a mistake in booking and thought the room came with two singles when it was a double and a single.

The toilet seat was broken and the beds were very narrow and quite hard, but it's a budget hotel and we knew the beds weren't going to be the best.

Zimmer waren sauber und das Bett bequem Badezimmer war gut

Das Frühstück bestand aus Papiertüten zum mitnehmen mit in Plastik eingepackten Nahrungsmitteln, die unterwegs teilweise sehr schwer zu essen sind (Kakaopulver in Tüten). Vom Ansatz her vielleicht nicht schlecht, aber mit einer Familie und kleinen Kindern unterwegs wäre ein Raum mit Tisch und Stühlen gut gewesen

Affordable and in a great location in Bromley town centre. Bed was so comfortable, and the room was very spacious.

I paid extra for breakfast and was disappointed that it was a grab and go bag. Lovely selection of breakfast items, (croissants, pain au chocolate, porridge, fruit, water, milk, orange juice, butter and jam and a cereal bar) I was looking forward to a cooled breakfast though.

The shower was very poor. The TV was not working. Poor carpet

The location is close to Bromley South Station, and despite being in the centre of a busy town and shopping area, the rooms were well insulated from any outside noise.

We really liked everything about our stay and accommodation. The hotel was next to the train station, so it was very easy to get to the center of London. There were night buses as well. The staff was very helpful and overall it was a very satisfying experience!

Free luggage storage is possible before check-in. Comfortable beds. Friendly stuff. Hotel is well connected with Vicroria Station (20min) by direct train. Late check-out (12.00, midday). Very affortable

Location was great for me. Air con and a hospitality tray was a big bonus for a budget hotel. It was a very comfortable stay overall and I would definitely stay here again

Having a 5 night stay the inconsistency of housekeeping was noticable but not an issue, annoying though was not having a plug in the sink, and the accomodation could not provide one.

Location and price

After having requested rooms to be close by , my room allocated was occupied by someone else ,which meant my wife had to wait on the 3rd floor whist I visited reception to sort it out .Eventually a room was found available on the 2nd floor whist my family remained on the 3rd . When I checked in I confirmed that breakfast was required and the receptionist confirmed this was included, on trying to retrieve the breakfast in the morning the receptionist that it was not booked for us and therefore we had to go without . (WHEN BOOKING @GENIUS LEVEL YOUR BOOKING LITERATURE TELLS US THAT IT INCLUSIVE OF BREAKFAST )

Central location

The spare toilet roll looked like it had either poo or blood on it- i didnt stay long in the room as i was working and too tired to complain. Faulty lights too a blown bulb over the bathroom mirror and one flickering over the bed
