I had to leave at 6:30, so didn't get to try the hot breakfast. But the muffin, banana, juice and coffee were serviceable enough.
A hot item at 6:30--maybe egg or sausage--would have been nice. Not sure who has the luxury to eat breakfast after 7.
Also, tell the evening manager that Litchfield's stops serving real food at 8:15-8-30. Frustrating that no one serves a real meal to someone who works a full day.
Especially when the only reason I stayed in Wells was to eat some Maine seafood.

I liked that it was new. Beds very comfortable. Carpeting new. Shower lovely. Shampoo dispenser.
Breakfast was excellent. Given it was included. It was quite good.
I liked just about everything. Maybe your garden could have more of a secluded feel to it. We could see the electrical stuff. Lidl have been fenced off. Maybe shrubbery.
But still excellent. Because you’re not on the beach I saw comparable pricing on the beach. At Atlantic motel down the street.
So for same price I could have been right in the beach.
Maybe moisturizer for skin would have been good.

This is a great place to stay and modern.
The free breakfast is amazing.
The building is very modern and new.
It has central cable TV, air, pool,, gym, wi-fi, and free soda.
I would like to see a couple of daily newspapers in the lobby.
Some snacks would be good as well.
A shuttle bus to the beach, maybe 4 times a day would be huge
The walk to the beach is too far and if you don't go there at 7 am, you won't get a parking spot.. I would also pay for a taxi- uber.

Thin walls, so thin...we could hear the people next door coughing. Otherwise...all was good. Maybe just poor construction?

Good location. Very clean. Big breakfast, but too salty. Was it the salt air!!???!! haha
Little pricey. Asked for a new blanket but housekeeping had run out of an extra available one.

Location great. Breakfast terrible. Only fruit bananas, which were very overripe. The omelette was tasteless. Sausage tasted weird. Pancakes were good.
Shower water could have been warmer. The doors stuck , so u really had to push to open them and almost slam them to shut. Made too much noise in the night.

The front desk staff person was very pleasant all the time to us.

All the staff were accommodating, friendly, helpful and always had a smile and greeting for you. We would definitely stay here again!! The staff also accomodated any requests we had! Wonderful experience 😊

Second time staying there. Like the first time... The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel and rooms where clean. The location was perfect for what we wanted.
