Clean room, easy no-contact check in, quick communication via email, comfy bed, great showers, good kitchen, quiet, all up a super experience.

1 creaky floor board in my bed room

We were able to drop off our bags on arrival as we were there early morning before check in. This was so helpful and left us being able to head into town and start looking around. A friendly greeting on our arrival and then a phone call to say our room was ready was nice. A hand written welcome note in the room was a nice touch. Room was a generous size and lovely and bright and airy and clean. Bed is a good size and very comfortable. Access to the kitchen and fridge was great and seating outside provided a nice spot too enjoy a drink. There was traffic noise from the road directly outside our room but we were not bothered by it. Earplugs were provided but not needed by us. A large fan in the room was great as the weather was warm during our stay. The generous room size would allow for a small patio table and 2 chairs which would have given an option to sit in the room without having to be on the bed. Otherwise we were very happy. Great locking system for the room. Easy Walking distance to the center of town. Netflix was easy to use on the tv. Bathroom clean and tidy

Our room, stairs and heavy doors. My husband has knee problems and I have a Spine injury. My husbans head touched the roof while standing in the bathroom.

Nice clean rooms, kitchen and lounge. Close to township. Good value for money.

Location is perfect, just a short stroll to the centre of Nelson. As it is contactless check in/out, all went very smoothly and excellent communication from the staff. It offered us all we needed for a one night stay. I would use it again in the future.

defo would need to use air plugs, especially when window is open during summer and so hot. property on main road. could suggest salt, pepper etc for communal use. Seemed a bit expensive… but I guess peak season.
