The place is exactly as described. Everything you need without the frills. As we approached the parking lot, we weren’t impressed. Once we saw the view from the patio, we were like “yes!!”.The rental is right on the beach. We got up at 1:30am one morning to see a shuttle launch from our patio! There are lots of shops, bars and restaurants within easy walking distance.

We stayed at cocoa beach to enjoy the ocean and ring in the new year. The space was so nice and the view, backyard, and walkout to the beach was amazing! Steve the host was terrific! Answered questions quickly, so friendly and hospitable. I would highly recommend this rental!! We will be back!

Nothing better than waking up and looking straight out to the beach. Everything you need is within a short walk around the corner. A different restaurant every night, all with good food and drinks. Full grocery store was a few minutes away.
We took a nighttime kayak trip on a nearby lake and saw glow in the dark sea species. Great time. Property owner is super helpful and responsive. Washer dryer in unit is very convenient for repacking clean clothes before our flight home.

Perfect place for a romantic getaway. Quiet and peaceful. The scenery and view were just beautiful. The owner was very helpful and welcoming. We felt like home. Thank you! We will be back!

We had the best stay here. Mr. Steve was so nice and accommodating. It was myself, my husband, and our 2 kids (1.5yo and 4yo). There are beach toys, chairs, boogie boards and everything else you might need for the beach. Also, the nicest patio around! It is within walking distance to coffee shops and some restaurants. Book it!!

Location was everything and this property did not disappoint! It was right off of the beach and in close proximity to restaurants where we could walk to everything. Steve, who owns the property, was great and answered any questions we may have had in a timely manner. We plan on visiting this property and location in the future.

From the parking side it may not look like much more than a small older apartment building but once you open the gate and see the awesome blue ocean and sandy beaches looking back at you it’s obvious you’re in a very special place ! We spent most of our time outdoors of course but if we would’ve needed to be inside the place is clean and comfortable.
My teenage daughter came with and she slept in the hide-a-bed with no complaints.
And I cannot say enough good things about the owner of the property. He is as much of a gem as the place itself. He is helpful yet out of sight unless you need him.
It takes maybe two minutes to walk to Coconuts on the Beach which is a great hangout for all ages.
My only disappointment was that we couldn’t stay longer due to needing to get back to Nebraska.

We stayed here at the tsil end of a Disney trip for some much needed R&R. The place did not disappoint! The private beach access and use of toys and supplies was a really nice touch. I definitely recommend this place and will likely be back in the future.

We loved being right on the beach with all the toys on our front deck. It’s on the ground floor. We can’t wait to go back next year! Steve was very friendly and easy to deal with. We highly recommend

Steve was amazing from start to finish. The property was VERY clean. And you really could not find a more perfect spot for a beach vacation. From beach chairs to umbrellas there was everything you needed there. The patio is a great spot to hang also, the waves crashing in the background was perfection. Can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful location right on the beach - exactly what we were looking for! Interior of unit a little tired but who was spending any time inside? Bed comfortable enough. Shower adequate. Outside deck and beach access amazing.

The home was amazing in location, ocean views and management. Steve was the best host and really is passionate not only about the home, but Cocoa Beach. The home was small, cozy, well equipped with EVERYTHING you need for your vacation, including surfboards! Walking distance from restaurants, shops and bars. Can’t wait to come back!

I almost cried (good tears) when I first saw the view off the back patio. This place is an absolute gem, and Stephen was so helpful and generous with pretty much anything you need for time at the beach - umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys, the works! Definitely want to book again next time we are in Florida!

Steve went to great lengths to ensure we had everything we needed, down to personalized surf board procurement for my son! It adds a whole level of richness when you form friendships with people who live where you're traveling. Perfect location for the beach and walking to everything you would want. Can't recommend highly enough.

This is the place to go if you need to escape at an affordable price for a million dollar experience.
My wife is very particular. She found nothing here that did not meet her expectations.
We've stayed at $1500 a night resorts and I can tell you that the experience here is far better. It's private, clean and close enough to all the action that you can go have fun and walk home.
The owner Steve is a pleasure to talk to and I enjoyed a cup of coffee and a Cigar on the back patio while having a great conversation at sunrise. We will be back!
