How clean the property was, the pool was very clean and the property was well maintained!

Only main thing was the living room furniture was very uncomfortable to sit on, like very uncomfortable! but other then that the pool was closed due to maintenance issues for a couple days. other then that we enjoyed our stay!

I loved the unit 206 and the location. the condo was clean and provided everything we need inside the condo to make our stay comfortable. I also love how close we were to the beach.

my only complaint is not on the condo or location. my complaint is on the two “employees” that walk the property. There was a male and female which identified themselves as the people that manage the property. They did not keep the pool area clean. Every morning i woke up to floaties and noodles spread out in the pool and outside the pool, water bottles left on tables and chairs disorganized. the woman’s name was Tina but I am not sure what the male’s name was. The male was very rude to the people that were staying at the property. for example, on morning of July 4th he was yelling at everyone at the pool about the garbage bin being full on July 3rd and everyone in the complex having to take their trash all the way down to the dumpster which is on the other end of the parking lot. my problem with this was: 1. He need to watch his tone with the families staying there. 2. he needs to keep the area clean so it doesn’t get like that. 3. empty the garage bin more than one a day so they don’t get full. 4. plan accordingly for high traffic especially on holidays. 5. have enough garbage bins for the people staying there instead of telling them to take there own garbage to the dumpsters.

The central location is within easy walking distance to Cocoa Beach pier. The kitchen was well equipped. There were two TV's including access to netflix on one of them.

An ocean view was specified but there was really not much of an ocean view from my apartment 213. There were ants on the kitchen counter but the landlord fixed the problem quickly upon request. One of the couches in the living room had a damaged leg.

Loved how quiet the property was. People are so friendly and nice. Condo was clean and had everything our family needed. Would for sure stay here again. Thanks for the wonderful place to stay.

found a bunch of aunts when we first got there but that’s normal. We cleaned the windows and doorways and they got better.

The Cocoa Beach Club was in an excellent location. The property was well kept. We loved the layout of our unit, which had two rooms & three beds in the second room. Each of our kids had their own bed, which was nice.

The only complaint might be that there were small bugs(ants maybe?) in the kitchen and bathroom.
