I spent 3 nights in this hotel and had a feeling that I am at home! Management from Turkey, reception from India, Morocco. Waitress in lounge, pool area, bar on 17th floor very friendly and quick. Excellent music as well. Well done!

We had a very great stay! The hotel was spotless, comfortable and well located, but the service is what made it truly exceptional. A special thank you to Ajit and Najou on reception - so welcoming, attentive and helpful from the moment we arrived. They made check-in seamless and were always on hand with great recommendations and a smile. And a big thank you to Habeba in the restaurant - such lovely service, always attentive and made every interaction a pleasure. A final mention to Alper, the General Manager, who clearly runs a fantastic team and leads by example with such warm hospitality. You can tell he really cares about his guests.

Location, and private pool

The location was excellent. I really liked being able to park my car directly in front of the chalet. The chalet layout was very practical, with two spacious master bedrooms and an additional small bedroom with its own private bathroom. Overall, it was a comfortable stay.

chalet No.103 The electricity kept cutting off due to an apparent electrical fault, and this happened more than eight times a day. We often woke up feeling very hot because the power had gone out. The noise from jet skis was very disturbing and made it difficult to relax or sleep. The TV kept disconnecting whenever we connected it to YouTube. The area around the swimming pool was not clean. In addition, the locks on the main entrance and the pool gate were difficult to use, and one of the bedrooms did not have a lock at all.
