We’ve spent amazing week in this hotel. All was great - breakfast, dinners, pool, view on the bay. Staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. Big applause for the management for creating such an atmosphere. Especially want to mention Kseniya, Musa, Amar and Rashidul. Thank you!
6 / 10Nella media·nov 2025
Room was spacious (connecting rooms with living space room in between / family of 5)
Hotel Location is good with nice bay views and restaurants/ cafes near by in the mall
It is connected to the avenues mall via elevator and short walk
Private self parking or chargeable valet parking
Good breakfast options with welcoming and attentive staff
Guests laundry room operational 24 hours
Pool area with nice views
Hotel has chargable valet parking when others in the area offer it free for hotel guests -at least at check in time
Had to ask for amenities like bathrobe and blanket for sofa bed and water (2 small bottles per room limit when we are 5 people )
I suggest a designated avenues mall buggy for guest
Transport ( even the mall supermarket offers it for FREE for their market customers )
Better care of the self service waffle station as it gets extremely messy.
