The property and our hosts were perfect. The accommodations delivered as advertised. Cute, clean and comfortable. Great location to beach and downtown. For us the weather did not cooperate but the place was excellent family together time which is what we were looking for.

Excellent location Super easy check in Great communication with owners. Great shower. The rest of the bathroom was smaller than expected from the pictures . Long hairs on the duvet in 2 nd bedroom. Not ours. Would highly recommend this property for an enjoyable vacation

We had a wonderful stay! A very short walk to beach and to all shops and restaurants. Place was clean and had enough space for everything for the three of us. Our young child was able to use their high chair and pack n play, so we didn’t need to pack them. There is a stroller available too, but we didn’t utilize theirs. Pack n play fit tightly in the second bedroom between one of the twin beds and the dresser, but it worked out well! The enclosed sun room was a perk to hang out at night. Their TV has roku, which allows you to log into your own netflix, prime, etc. All of us got comfortable fast here and had a fun time for a week. Part of the time, there were no tenants in the main house, so the owners allowed us to use the driveway. This helped us out a lot with a young child getting in and out of the car on rainy days. Owners were a breeze to communicate with and were accommodating with anything that we had questions about quickly. We made some great memories here and would definitely stay here again!

The location of this place is great. It’s So close to the beach that You can run back to the house without it being a pain. It’s a short block away from stores and restaurants and mini golf. My family had a great week here. Hopefully we didn’t bother the people first floor too much!

Listing is exactly what you are getting - cute and clean apartment and the location in unbeatable. 5 minute walk to the beach even when dragging kids and half if what you own in a wagon. Owner communication was perfect. Would definitely rent again.

My family loves coming here. This is our 2nd year here and we plan on making it an annual trip. The location is great and William & Ashley have been super helpful, especially in communicating with us for checking in a few hours early and getting us access to parking passes earlier on check in day (we like to get to town early on check in day to beat traffic).

To our utter surprise and joy, we were upgraded to the main house. A gorgeous home. we highly recommend this property. Perfect location to enjoy everything Bethany Beach has to offer. The property left us feeling like we living in the lap of luxury.

We had a phenomenal stay at the apartment. It is beautifully put together and was very comfortable for us and our two year old and parents who stayed with us for one night. The location to the beach and downtown is amazing. Check in was easy. We are absolutely planning to come back!

We had a fantastic week in Bethany staying at Bill and Ash's well-appointed and freshly renovated upstairs cottage. The space was just right for our family of 4, and so close to the beach, boardwalk, and shops of Bethany! This is our 7th summer visiting Bethany with our now 7yo and 10yo kids. The convenience of this home's location really made it feel like an upgrade from our past rentals. The kitchen had everything we needed for preparing family meals, and the living room was comfy for reading and playing games. Lots of beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and sand toys available so you don't need to haul your own. Bill and Ash were super responsive and provided clear instructions regarding check-in/check-out and usage and amenities at the property. Very happy with this rental and will be back next summer!

This was our first time visiting Bethany And we were more than pleased. Bill communicated with us before with helpful details and we were even able to check in a little early. The rental was spotless when we checked in. It was recently updated and looked great. It is so close to the beach and the bird walk, making it perfect for our two little children. The outdoor shower was great for rinsing and there were beach chairs for us to borrow. The beds were very comfortable and there are AC units throughout. The kitchen was spacious enough for us to cook and enjoy meals. We really enjoyed it and it was a great first experience of Bethany. Highly recommend for a couple or family of 4!

The property was just as advertisement, no surprises or disappointments. The proximity to the beach and boardwalk is great, fast/easy walk to get supplies, eat etc. The access PIN is a great idea, no need for keys. Good job labeling the switches.

We’ve stayed in lots of places at beaches over the years: B&Bs, condos, houses shared with other relatives. I think this was one of the best. Bill was host with the most — great communication, place stocked with everything, super clean and stylish. The only issue for us was the bathroom—a tad too small for Mom and daughter both with long hair and crazy amount of beauty products. That said, we’d definitely stay again!

My husband and I stayed in the upstairs apartment which was perfect for the two of us. The beach is just minutes away and a pleasant walk.The town is also very close with plenty of shopping and dining options. We parked the car and never needed it! Our hosts Bill and Ashley were very responsive and helpful. All in all a great week!
