The views were incredible, very effective air conditioning and great value for money. The breakfast terrace was right on the water too, such a lovely way to start the day.

un po’ datato l’arredamento della camera e parecchie cose non funzionanti. la colazione sempre uguale mai una variante e spesso mancavano i prodotti. la reception quasi sempre sguarnita. nota negativa in assoluto, alla nostra partenza non c’era nessuno ad accompagnarci al porto pur avendo avvisato la reception il giorno prima, abbiamo telefonato più volte ma non rispondeva nessuno e alla fine ci siamo incamminati a piedi con i bagagli per non perdere il traghetto.

Amazing location close to the centre and right in front of the beach. I couldn’t recommend high enough . Mr Yiannis was an excellent host and looked after us. Thank you for everything!

Location and balcony view

Where to start? The room smelled like pesticide during our whole stay, the lighting in the room was very dim, the beds were very uncomfortable, the bathroom shower was tiny and the shower head was shooting like a shotgun, the main window was broken and couldn't close completely to keep the light out and I could go on and on. Very dissapointed in my stay and come to think you only have to cover the basics to cover my standards. Definitely not worth the 120e per night

Great Location. Just in front of the sea: a private nest to enjoy Koufunissi 100%. Friendly staff. Studio clean. Nice the opportunity to cook and to have internal space. We will come back.

Big and more stabile sun umbrella on the terrace would be suitable.

The property has a great location and beautiful views of the seafront. The breakfast location is nice.

Our entrance door had to be pushed very strongly to be locked and it was super loud, rubbing the floor. A carpenter could have fixed it in 30 minutes I guess. We highlighted it at the beginning of the stay and nothing was done. On Sunday there is no cleaning service of the room. We haven’t been informed before. We had a lot of water on the floor after turning off the refrigerator. In fact, the refrigerator in the room is old and loud and when we turned it off, the room was flooded. The toilet in room 212 is cracked. It should be changed also for safety reasons.

Recommended Hotel for the price. The average price range of Hotels in Ano Kufonisia in July is high and this hotel offers a descent price to amendities ratio. The location is suberb with unobstracted Sea view. The breackfast area is in the yard with excellent view to the sea as well. The room was very clean, in good condition, the towels were changed every day. The room offers all the basic ammendities: air condition, nice 32 flat tv, hairdryer, shampoo, anti mosquito device, clothes hanger at the porch, mini refregirator, small safe box. We got offered a free of charge transportation with the hotel Mini van from and to the port ( otherwise a 10min almost flat walking time ). The Chora beach (Ammos) is very near, a 3m walk.

The breackfast buffet could be improved but is not basic. We got woken up one day by staff quareling which was very unpleasant, however this did not occur again the next days. The matress is a bit firm.
