We stayed here as a family group of 12, 6 adults and 6 children. Villa Figaro is superb. The facilities, pool and location make it a great stay close to downtown Ubud. Tv's even have Netflix and some of the fastest Wifi I have seen in Bali ever. Kitchen has everything you need, is clean and well set out. The two lower decking areas are great for relaxing or as I did often, arising early to watch the sun arise over the jungle. The greatest feature of this property is the butler Mr Sarasgita. I have stayed at many 5 star resorts and hotels across the world and it is very rare you will find professionalism, service and skills of this level from anyone in the service industry. Everything about staying here was great but really it was Mr Sarasgita that made the holiday for us. It was just so easy and such a wonderful place to stay thanks to him and his cleaning staff, who we barely even saw, but certainly noted they had been there. Well done to the team at Bali Superhost, Alfred and mostly thank you again to Mr Sarasgita, you made our holiday. I would have no hesitation in booking here again, again and again.

I cannot fault anything with this property. Even the one very small issue that arose was solved so quickly by Mr Sarasgita its not even worth mentioning. The same issue I have had in Australia at a very high end resort and took days to fix. Mr Sarasgita had it solved in under 2 hours.

Sarasgita (property manager) was so amazing! Very quick responses and organised everything we needed (drivers, tours and massages (also very good!)) so quickly, he was the best and made our stay fantastic! The property is also beautiful, great spacious rooms, fantastic staff, the pool was awesome, and the water cooler in the kitchen was appreciated! We had no issues with noise. Also great location, a small walk to the town.

The pool area was fantastic with plenty of room for our group of eleven. We had some elderly people in our group who could not walk into main Ubud so we found local warungs very good for lunch and dinner.

You need to stock the fridge for additional drinks etc. Not a big deal but just needed to be organised for a large group.

Large, newish, luxury villa in a quiet setting, walking distance to everything Ubud has to offer. Amazing service from the villa staff.

The property comfortably accommodated our group of 12 people. All living areas are large and well furnished. The villa is beautiful and the pool is amazing. The area is quiet and close to restaurants, shops and the main street in Ubud. We loved our stay here. We would definitely stay again.

We were a group of mothers and teenage daughters. We were asked to turn off the music at 8pm, which was indoors and wasn't loud!

It’s a beautiful villa it really is

The pictures made it look like this villa was remote, but it isn’t, it’s surrounded by other properties that can see you. Beds are too hard, pillows not very nice. Under the couch in the living area had never been cleaned and was gross and the oven was average when we tried to cook with it. Using the villa Chef service is extremely overpriced for what you get. There is a butler but you have to message him on WhatsApp. No on checks in to see if you need anything. I asked the villa to book us 2 masseuse and was told they could stay until 10, but they left early for another booking. We got someone in and paid $35 each to braid 2 girls hair, by the next morning 2 braids had come out. My first time using Bali Superhost and I won’t be doing it again. Way overpriced for crap service.

Top notch accommodation in Ubud in a good location.

Our first night was disrupted by a gecko in one of the rooms but the manager removed it the next morning.

Spectacular property with a beautiful outlook into a rainforest gorge only a 700m walk to Ubud Palace. Stunning pool, beautiful massage room (behind the pool’s water fall) and very generous sized rooms with heaps of privacy. Perfect for a couple of families with teenage kids. Management went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful.

A little tricky to get to by car with a very narrow street. It would’ve been nice to have some more breakfast options, maybe some bintang in the fridge and a bit more in the kitchen (plates, cups, garbage bins). a coffee machine would also have been great.
