the hotel is goo location, qiet, clean and come to hotel again.

location is 200m nearby foods court. The location 800m near Ipoh rail station.

Room 213 the mattress is sunken very diffcult rest.

we have 2 queen size beds, one of the bed mattress corner was sinking, the pillow was not so clean.

I like to stay here because its easy to access because we just need to get the key from the box. But i hope they can imp

Thank god for the Easy access to the room. the place is kinda centre of the city which is good and easy to find food and walking around to any attractions places.

The towel they provided in the room already torn. Hope they allert and change to the new one .

Good for rest only but not for leisure stay.

The toilet

The price was slightly high for the small type of room. Next, the hall light is not switch on at night. you have to use your own phone flashlight to see the way on the hall. it was damn dark after the lift door is closed. There is not receptionist at the counter after 6pm make any request could be quite hard to achieve. All in all, it is okay for a rest.

Aircond not cool

The rooms are cleaned, but one side of the walls has fungus, and it's been paint to cover it.

The air conditioning in our room is not cool, and we can't sleep at night because we don'tfell the coolness and even my baby was sweating. The aircond buttons are not funtioning, not sure it's because of the battery. The team didn't respond or even solve this matter until we checked out. The next day, we wake up, and we feel our trout are dry, and maybe the aircond filter is dusty. The towels are not absorbent, and this is the first time I encounter this type of towel.

Great ambience, perfect location!

We had the best experience here. All clean and comfortable. Perfect location to tourist attractions. Self check in surely the best option, no messy and no complicated long-awaited registration.

The only hiccup was we had to go down to iron room at Level G. Its a bit tough for us after a long tiring day and need to go down for iron.

Poor

For 150++ room, the room quite small, even dont have any free mineral water. Aircond was so bad, takes long time to cold the room. Slow deposit refund. I still dont received my deposit right now.

I'm a claustrophobic person. The hotel narrow passageway irritated me.

WON'T COME AGAIN

The staff didnt reply me when I have a problem during self check in. They didnt refund my deposit also. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The shampoo provided are dirty and old. The price is quite high compared to the other hotel at that area but it really doesnt worth. Hope there is no other victims like me will suffer from this service again.

Okay place to stay for the night, but messy CS experience.

The check-in was fairly easy. The location is near to good eats.

The staff will immediately put you into a WhatsApp group chat, where they will tell you a number of information. In my experience, they told me of a deposit that they will refund. I did not make a deposit, and told them that I'm confused and sought clarification. But they told me that I'm still gonna get the refund and that i should not leave the group until i do. 2 or 3 weeks later, nothing, no refund. Confusing. I don't think they need to this all over the place and complicated. A lot of copy and paste answers from the staff.
