We were to late for the flowers but all other things in the area and surrounding towns were pointed out to us on a map. We visited them all and well worth it

Natasha was great host. She guided us as to what to do and where to eat. Her communication was prompt and very informative. We ate breakfast at the Spens and tried all three restaurants for dinner. All are to be recommended. The restaurants are in walking distance of the guesthouse. The guesthouse has a lovely garden with many different places to sit and relax.
We didn't get to see any flowers as the flower season started earlier than usual and it was over by the time that we arrived.
