The hotel was good. The staff was very friendly and we even received a free upgrade to a junior suite! Everything was clearly explained. The room was spacious and had a lovely view of the square. The bed was comfortable. They allowed us to store our luggage after checkout. The pool is small but cute. They have comfortable lounge beds.
Both bathrooms smelled very musty, and in one of them there was a clump of hair in the drain (we didn't mention it since we stayed only one night and had another bathroom available). The interior has a lot of black and is quite 'moody', so having good light in the bathroom to get ready isn't really there. Overall not quite my vibe, but still okay.

The breakfast buffet was incredible
We had to ask twice to have our room serviced.
The pool deck is small and rarely find an open sunbed. People leave their belongings for hours since the morning and ‘reserve’ the beds which should not be allowed.
