The property offered excellent value for money, especially considering the low season. Breakfast quality was good, even if simple, and the quiet atmosphere made the stay peaceful. The surroundings were pleasant, and despite the lack of guests, the experience felt calm and unhurried. For travellers seeking affordability and a tranquil environment, the property delivers well.

The property was completely empty during our stay, and it clearly needs more maintenance and attention from both staff and management. Facilities felt neglected, and several areas required upkeep. Breakfast lacked variety, likely due to low occupancy, and overall the property felt like it needed more active care to reach its potential. The experience was acceptable but could be significantly improved with better maintenance.

I had a wonderful stay at the property! Everything exceeded my expectations—from the cleanliness and comfort of the room to the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. The atmosphere was relaxing, and all amenities were well-maintained and convenient. I truly felt welcomed and taken care of throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would love to come back again!

The facility is new and the rooms are comfortable. View is very nice. The receptionist was very nice!

The restaurant had lots of options for food, but the staff seemed a bit unenthusiastic (not everyone). We asked for Ojakhuri, which is meat and potatoes together but they brought only potatoes. Also, when you are in Kakheti, you expect very good bread, freshly baked but they brought old bread. After asking for a new one, they brought a bit fresh, but still old bread :/ Also, we told the staff to at least put a small Ukrainian flag in the hotel, because there were many Russians and it’s important to show solidarity to Ukrainians and let the Russians know where they stand.
