La proximité du stade de foot.

Das Studio war nicht richtig aufgeräumt und sauber. Unter dem Bett lag weißes Pulver und Pappe - anscheinend Reste gegen die den Bettwanzenbefall. Kurz: ich kann bei allem, was da in der Küche offen stand und was im Kleiderschrenak alles lag (wo sollte man die Kleier unterbringen?) nicht darauf vertrauen, dass die Bettwanzen wirklich zu 100% verschwunden sind .So kann man das Gästen nicht anbieten. Außerdem sind Türen, Schränke , Küchenplatte und Waschmaschine, abgewetzt und vergilbt. Das Ganze macht einen reichlich verwohnten Eindruck . So kann man das Gästen nicht anbieten.

i liked clean towels

the room smelled of smoke, it was a little bit dirty and there were no windows so we couldn’t refresh the space. also, there was no elevator so it was difficult to get up and downstairs

the place was nice and could had been a little bit more clean. nice place to stay for a night or two, wifi was good

the ceiling was too short. and kind of uncomfortable.

Perfect for a solo traveller or couple.

There was one question I had to ask, was about wifi. It is on the box, for non French can be complicated to figure out. But the contact person was very responsive through SMS. )
