Mercure Krakow Fabryczna City

It was one of my best stays and location was perfect just outside the old town

It’s a stunning property and very clean with amazing staff members.

Nothing

You can have breakfast and other meals at the hotel or restaurants a few steps away. There are pretty few to chose from.

I couldn't stay longer ;)

Breakfast was really excellent, bedding and overall experience in the hotel was good

I didnt like the fact that Google maps couldnt find an exact route, I was circling with my car to the underground garages, but there was no sign that I can place my car there as a hotel guest. Then I got to the hotel specially for the swimming pool with my 3 kids, but most of the pool was reserved and they didnt mention the fact at the time of the booking, nor even after, except saunas that were out of order due to building works. Then the signs on upper floors didnt show with arrows where to go and we got lost in one part and to walk back in our swimsuit and our flipflops to get to the pool.
