Well placed for the conference centre, clean and well maintained.
Rooms were near the lift lobby so was a fair amount of noise of people coming and going especially as there is a water fountain in the lobby so people congregated there.

Good breakfast. Clean. Friendly staff. Only three tram stops or short cab journey to/from the old town.
I would have preferred the bar to stay open a little later.

The room is modern and very clean with comfortable beds. Lovely underfloor heating in bathroom. The staff is very welcoming and nothing is ever to much. The hotel location is perfect.
The pressure in the shower was very low so it took forever to get ready. We stayed for three night and one morning the shower barely worked. Also it would be nice to have a kettle in the room. Although there is a water and tea and coffee station on each floor, there is never any milk.
