Radcliffes Lodge

Everything it was amazing.

Nothing

We stayed here while hiking the Northumberland coast and absolutely loved the place! It's in walking distance to restaurants and supermarkets in Amble. The self check in was super easy and flexible. The building, the rooms and facilities are basically brand new and in perfect condition. We had bunk beds and an ensuite bathroom: comfy mattress, warm room, and spotless bathroom. The communal lounge and kitchen areas were beyond expectations: beautiful views over the harbour, cosy armchairs and benches, board games available, a professional kitchen fully equipped, and even breakfast essentials included in the price! You can help yourself to tea, coffee, cereals, jams, toast, milk and butter - absolutely wonderful ! Very quiet and peaceful too for a restful sleep!

Everything was perfect and beyond expectations!

The place is amazing, the communal area are fabulous, comfy, welcoming, well equipped. Kitchen is awesome and facilities and basics so so good to have.

One of the key fobs didn't work and there was never anyone on site to ask about it. We managed with 1 fob between 8 but it would have been easier if we k ew how to get it sorted.

Check in was efficient, room and common room modern. Bike storage

Hot, beds are enclosed and not long enough for tall people, water from bathroom tap is warm. Room light.
