Incredibly helpful staff. Beautiful property and we were also upgraded. Breakfast was nice - I had fruit and yogurt, partner had eggs and bread. We liked the quiet location but it was a 25 minute walk to the restaurants etc which may be too far for some

the staff were lovely and helpful and the rooms were impeccable. there was a pool on the roof which was wonderful. the food was fine but there was a restaurant next door that was fabulous. check out nha hang hung sen for a great seafood hotpot.
if you want the same beauty as Ha Long Bay without the tourist trap then this is the perfect choice.
its is a bit of a walk to get to the beach and you definitely need a taxi to come back up the hill.

Staff was very friendly and helpful
Location was reasonable but. Not fantastic. In the evening we sometimes had difficulty in getting a taxi when going out for dinner.
The rooms are rather small and in the bathroom you almost need to climb over the toilet for the shower.
Building is very noisy. At night a lot of barking dogs who kept us awake (several nights).
