Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is amazing!!!! From the full service elevator to the comfortable beds!!!! My wife and I chose this property for its proximity and access to the beach. We loved being able to walk out the back gate and having access to the beautiful Gulf of America!!! The pool was extremely refreshing after spending a few hours in the sun on the beach just to cool off before going into the house. The gifted gear credit was a huge plus as we rented bikes and were able to ride down the road every morning for amazing breakfast sandwiches at the local ice cream stand. We are definitely coming back to Cape San Blas and would recommend for all of our family and friends to come as well.

Easy access to the gulf and the pool was appreciated by the kids too. We had a couple of issues when we arrived and technicians were went over that same day and fixed them. We highly recommend this home for your vacation stay on the Cape

It is a nice place, but a bit underwhelming for the cost. I messaged the host on the first day about the serious lack of towels, but got no response. The living room furniture was worn and stained. The swimming pool was tiny. The kitchen was seriously under stocked in glasses and silverware. The ice maker in fridge either did not work or was not turned on. The host did provide an ice maker, but someone had to be on ice duty full time to keep up with cold drinks for six people. We finally gave up on Thursday and bought ice. But the beds were quite comfortable and the decks were lovely with exquisite views! Another highlight was the quick service provided by Angel when we couldn’t unlock the door and reported dryer troubles. Yes, we were directly on the ocean, and yes, that isn’t cheap. But I’ve stayed in better appointed places on the ocean for less money.

A partially shaded pool, private boardwalk to the beach, a filtered water faucet in the kitchen, extra comfortable beds and linens, well stocked kitchen (nice quality pots, pans and even an air fryer), etc. A very kind welcming gift. Best of all? Sweeping views of the water from virtually every window. The pics don't fully capture how amazing the views are from all over the main floor (as well as the bedrooms). Our visit was extra special as we had 6 baby loggerheads find their way into the pool. Someone left their house lights on behind us and confused them (they mistook the lights for the moon and headed away from the ocean). SO we got to save the little guys and work with Turtle Patrol to "rescue" a few more. A very special experience. We've been coming to the Cape for about 20 years--and this is one of the best parts of the beach. The Rish Park is to your right--so there is almost no one on that stretch of beach. Very peaceful and private. In conclusion, we very much enjoyed Selah by the Sea and would highly recommend it. We will definitely come back. Thanks for a great vacation!
