We have been visiting Folly Beach for the last 18 years. Before my father died, my family of 6 always came for a week in June. Dad passed six years ago & now we come for Thanksgiving week to visit his wife. We will always love Folly Beach !

We had 5 adults and 2 young children stay at this property and it was perfect! The floor plan was such that we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. The balcony view of the ocean is just perfect. It was so nice eating dinner there while watching the sunset. The amenities were great and we didn’t feel like we were lacking anything!

This is by far the most lovely condo we've stayed. Not only was it immaculately clean, the decor was calming and peaceful. The 4 bedrooms had quality mattresses and bedding and the four bathrooms were spotless. The huge balcony had plenty of sitting and lounging options and we spend so much time out there just enjoying the sunshine and ocean. We would definitely choose this condo again!!

We typically vacation on Isle of Palms. But due to scheduling changes we had to scramble and find this location on Folly Beach. It was phenomenal. We are considering making this our new favorite place. The only downside is we didn’t have enough key fobs to get in and out of the property on the first day. With a group of eight there probably should be at least four to begin with.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. The deck was wonderful and the view fantastic. The only problem was the sliding door from the living room was very difficult to open. The first impression of the building was disappointing. It could use a little tlc and the elevator was very slow. The location was perfect.

We are 3 couples that rented Changes in Latitude and it was perfect! The picture of this rental were spot on. We were right on the beach, everything was so clean and that includes the grounds, pool area, grounds. We cooked a meal every night with ease and everyone had their own private bathroom which was wonderful. Definitely looking forward to our next trip!!!

Great location to everything Folly!

This condo offers upscale, pristine furnishings with a large, beautiful covered porch. Only two negatives found. The first is the locked closet in one of the bedrooms which presented an unexpected unpacking challenge to the occupants. The second is the parking garage ceiling is peeling and left white residue on and over all of our cars.

My son and I stayed at this property for three nights. Overall, the experience was a good one. The condo is located directly on the beach with easy access. The property itself is nice (not luxurious though) but there are a few changes I believe could be made to make it better. I had difficulty opening the sliding door outside to the balcony. The beds were comfortable but there was no real comforter on them, just a top sheet and a very thin blanket. I think a thicker weight comforter would help a lot, especially in the colder months. The trash can pull out cabinet was difficult to use as it didn’t smoothly work. There were other minor issues but nothing that ruined our stay. It wasn’t quite as great as expected but it was definitely above average. I will add that getting into Charleston was a breeze so it is definitely a convenient location to explore the area.

Convenient to food and beach. Pool not heated. Lights didn’t work in one bedroom. Response was good but we ended up making do. Overall great place. I would recommend sending out one email with all instructions instead of multiple. Could resend same instructions as stay gets closer and during stay. That would be easier to find all the different stages of instructions.

Changes in Latitude, the VRBO listing on Folly Beach was a DREAM. I have stayed at these condos before and this one was fabulous. We had 6 adults and 2 teens and never felt enclosed or squashed. Beachfront, pool, close to pier, easy access to downtown Charleston, and property managers who were more than welcoming and gracious. The minor issues that can arise in a rental unit were so inconsequential that it would be petty to try and list the one or two. So nothing from our group but a collective sigh that it had to end so soon. It truly was just what the doctor ordered. And I should know. I’m the doctor who booked it!

We had a great time during our stay. The location is awesome, the condo is beautiful and updated. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Folly Beach!

I loved drinking coffee in the morning on the porch or drinking cocktails in the evening- the balcony view was stunning! The beds were comfy- the walk in closets were a surprise! Would absolutely stay here again!
