This vibrant condo is located at the end of the building with the beach just steps away, making it the perfect place to stay if you're longing to dig your toes into the sand. Sit back and relax out on your private, furnished balcony and enjoy the coastal breezes while taking in partial ocean views - you can even see Folly Pier! The master bedroom opens to the balcony and includes an en suite bathroom with a newly installed giant walk-in shower. Not only has the master bathroom been updated but the other bathrooms have received remodels as well! Prepare meals in your well-equipped, full kitchen and then dine together at the adjacent table for six or al fresco on the balcony. Guests of this vacation rental will also have access to two seasonal outdoor pools.
If you prefer to stay on the island, this condo is located right in the heart of Folly Beach where you'll be surrounded by restaurants offering different cuisine. It was probably one of my favorite VRBO stays anywhere. Location was great, close to beach , town, and lots of restaurants and bars. The furniture was comfy, bathrooms were very nice, parking was good, and ample. I would stay there again. The view was fantastic, sunrise every morning was picture perfect

Honestly the reviews scared me a little but happy to say we had a great experience. We didn’t see any pests that were mentioned by several other renters. Place was very spacious, nice open side view of beach with pier, beds were comfortable, no complaints with the space at all. Only complaint would be that we could only have 2 parking passes as there were many open spaces. Also the ice maker in refrigerator does not work. Only one elevator for whole complex that worked very slowly. I would consider staying here again.

The apartment was very nice. There were quite a few cockroaches. Traps are not keeping up with them. I know it’s hard to stay ahead of it. The parking was limited to 2 vehicles. Normally that’s more than enough but we drove down with gear to surf. Only found out about the passes and the limitations day of. So that could be clearer.
