My husband and I ventured north to Traverse City in order to watch our son play in the Winter Special Olympics being held nearby. The two of us enjoyed our stay very much! We were fortunate that the construction next door was put on hold for some reason, and only resumed our last morning there. Clean and easy to access, and everyone is right, the parking pass is wonderful to have!

Condo was centrally located to all of the ctivities that we did on our trip. It was also within walking distance to several good restaurants. Would stay here again.

The location of this place can’t be beat! We walked all over town and when we needed to drive, the reserved parking space was fantastic. The place was immaculately clean and all the linens smelled so fresh.
There’s obviously noise from other units and downtown bars but that’s the price to stay in the middle of it all.
Overall, It was a great launching off point for a TC escape!

Great place to stay. Everything was new. Exceptionally clean. Bed was very comfortable. Right in the middle of the downtown area. Nice to have that free parking spot right across the street. Would definitely stay there again.

This place is great for anyone wanting to be in downtown Traverse City. It is very convenient for walking, shopping, and downtown driving.
It was not the best choice for a romantic trip due to the noise level of other tenants, construction, and traffic. There is no ramp for luggage once inside the building. Hauling large suitcases inside was difficult.

This was our second trip to Traverse City and it was even better than the first time! This unit is all about location! You’re right in the middle of it all. Shops, restaurants, bars… everything is within a five minute walk. The unit itself is beautiful, clean, and very cute. All communication with owners was returned very quickly and resolved any issues or questions we had. 10/10, would recommend.

Wonderful location walkable to dozens of great bars & restaurants and central to many wineries in the region (<30 minute drive). The condo was secure, super clean & comfortable and INCLUDED RESERVE PARKING which is a huge deal when staying downtown! Lisa is a superb communicator & responded to questions within minutes. I would absolutely recommend this property!

We spent two days in Traverse City. The host was super helpful with tour and restaurant suggestions. We did a wine tour of the peninsula and ate at two suggested places. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

This property was amazing. You can see that Lisa went above and beyond with the quality of everything from the bed mattress to the bathroom towels, the decorations and coziness of the place was nice as well as the fact that she had essentials (and even non-essentials) stocked for her guests. She was quick to communicate and so kind. We will be staying here again. Thank you Lisa!!

My husband and I had a great stay! The condo was clean, spacious, and included everything we needed. The host quickly responded to a couple of inquiries I had. The absolute best part was how conveniently located it was to downtown. Even on a snowy weekend in February, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go downtown!

This was an awesome find! This place is just off Front Street in the heart of the downtown district. We walked everywhere during the weekend and it was great. The place was immaculate and Lisa (owner) is very sweet. Will definitely stay here again when we are in town.

Perfect size and location for a condo in TC. We walked to nearly everything in town (short Uber ride to one of the restaurants we wanted to hit that was further out - Apache Trail - highly recommend). Check in process was so easy and having dedicated parking right across the street was a lifesaver. The condo is very new, nicely decorated and very clean. Be aware that there is construction going on on the building in front so you have to walk around to the backside of the building to enter. This was slightly confusing at first but no big deal at all once we figured it out. Construction noise was a non-issue - we didn’t even notice any! Short drive to wineries and sleeping bear - honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Would without a doubt stay here again if ever in the area. Thank you!

We're so pleased with our stay here. You can't beat the location and the condo has all the amenities you could need. The condo was very clean and we didn't run into any issues Having the reserved parking space was a huge plus too. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this place to others!

This condo is right in the heart of Traverse City. It was so easy to walk to restaurants and shops. It was especially convenient since a parking spot was included with the rental. The condo is very clean and beautifully decorated. Lisa and David were so responsive to our messages. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location, brand new accommodations in the middle of everything from shopping to swimming to hiking or dining. Couldn’t be better! Lisa was a great host, great communication. We’ll be back.

Spotless Downtown Condo
This is an excellent condo for enjoying Traverse City. It was absolutely spotless when we arrived, the hosts communicated promptly whenever we had a question, and the included private parking spot across the street was a huge perk. All in all an excellent stay and well worth the money. Would strongly recommend.

Very nice condo in downtown Traverse!
The property is exactly as advertised. Very easy check in instructions. Located right downtown so you can walk to many places. Condo is very nice. Perfect for a solo/couple getaway. I would definitely stay here again.
