We spent a long holiday weekend at this home and had a fantastic stay! The house was clean and all amenities were as advertised. The pool and hot tub were in heavy use during our stay, and everyone in our family (three generations) had a lovely time. We would happily book with Kate again.

Wonderful communication from the minute we checked in and throughout our stay. Very responsive to questions. Great location with walking trails and beautiful golf course. The pro shop was super helpful and we were able to golf all three courses when requested.

This home is the first time we've been to a home that was even better than it looked online! Katie is an amazing host and has impeccable attention to detail...every bit of information that she could give us, was in a binder and she couldn't have been cooler about answering texts quickly with any questions that we were too lazy to look up... And the house itself is a perfect layout with an incredible backyard and is obviously designed by a pro with great taste, and it turns out that it was Katie too! Couldn't have been a more relaxing getaway for the family - exactly what we needed with Covid dragging on and on...thanks, Katie, we'll be back!

It was a pleasure to stay in Kate’s lovely townhome. The place is spacious and clean. Kate was very responsive to our smallest needs. Entry was easy and the grounds lovely. Thank you Kate!

I stayed at this lovely property with two other friends. We have been taking an annual girlfriend trip for the past 17 years to different locations and we all said this is the best place we have ever stayed. It's very roomy with 3 bedrooms (one room does not have a closet but the master is more than big enough to share) and 2.5 baths. It's a quick 10 minute drive from the airport and located in a very secure gated community with gorgeous views of the mountains. We enjoyed seeing the sunset each evening as we dipped in the pool and spa. There were ample linens and towels and the kitchen had all of the necessities, including very new appliances. The entire property is well maintained and very clean. Downtown Palm Springs is also a short drive and there are so many amazing restaurants and things to do. Don't miss the Palm Springs Art Museum - it's a gem. We also took a day trip up to Idyllwild, which is just over an hour and a gorgeous little mountain town. The owner, Kate, was lovely to deal with, easy to communicate with and attentive to all of our questions. I would highly recommend this property!

This home is big, spacious and beautiful. Perfect size for my family of 6. Views are gorgeous and pool was just the perfect size. Friendly neighbors and very attentive host. Always available and responds very quickly. House is modern clean, and well kept. Best home we have stayed at thus far using VRBO. Would definitely stay again.

This home is the first time we've been to a home that was even better than it looked online! Katie is an amazing host and has impeccable attention to detail...every bit of information that she could give us, was in a binder and she couldn't have been cooler about answering texts quickly with any questions that we were too lazy to look up... And the house itself is a perfect layout with an incredible backyard and is obviously designed by a pro with great taste, and it turns out that it was Katie too! Kate's Place is in a safe, BEAUTIFUL, gated community! Kate is great to work with! We were checking in after dark, so Kate drove over and turned on the lights for us! So thoughtful! Her home is beautiful and clean! The appliances were new (like the house) and easy to use! (Except the patio awning and the Roku in the back bedroom didn't work, which you need the awning, as my son got 2nd degree burns from touching a part of the patio table that was in the sun.). We had a guest in the pool the first morning (a Mallard duck, my fav) and a road runner the second day!!! We loved seeing the wildlife up close! The view in the backyard is great! We could see roadrunners and rabbits, lots of birds and butterflies. We were also able to watch the airshow from the pool two days in a row! Be sure to wear shoes in the backyard, as the cement is very coarse. My boys cut their toes open the first day (we wore water shoes the next few days) and ruined a few rashguards and swimsuits getting in and out of the pool/spa. If you are allergic to cats, do NOT sit on the couch (I am very allergic and had issues ONLY when sitting on the couch.). The soaking tub in the master bath is fabulous and the house temperature stays really cool! It would have been nice to be able to turn on the spa when we wanted to use it, as we only wanted it in the late evening and early morning. But, Kate is great at communicating, so we just had to text her and she turned it on! One evening she turned it on for us without us having to ask! So thoughtful! Checking out was easy! The home is super easy to clean! I would love to take my friends here for a girls' retreat as this place has 3 bedrooms, a LARGE living/dining space and 2.5 baths! We spent 90% of our time here in the backyard! It's quiet and relaxing! Thank you, Kate, for an AMAZING stay!

This home is absolutely beautiful inside and out. Open floor plan and beautifully decorated. Kitchen is well stocked for staying in and cooking. The pool is perfect for cooling off in and the spa is set in the perfect location to watch the sun set. View of the mountains is something you need to see for yourself. Breath taking! Kate the owner is wonderful! She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was just perfect. Communication with her was so easy with any questions we had.Thank you Kate! Kate's neighbors are also lovely people who we really enjoyed visiting with. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Definitely will be coming back.

The house was immaculately clean, super updated, beds comfortable, great showers, and tons of space! The pool and spa were spectacular! We used the spa nightly and the pool in the daytime. The backyard space was so beautifully landscaped and lots of furniture to sit at. Fire pit was a great bonus as well! The best part of all was Kate was accessible whenever we had a question or needed her. She is local, so always willing to answer any questions. She put together an entire book that answers all the questions you might have about the house, the complex and the surrounding areas. She definitely put a lot of love and thought into the guest experience. Can't wait to get back to Palm Springs (Cathedral City) to enjoy this property again. Thank you Kate for being a gracious host and having such a well appointed property. We loved it!!!
