Everything is amazing the hotel is located in a very nice place close to everything by walking.. The facility is luxurious, the room was so beautiful snd comfortable, the staff are very nice and welcoming.. The SPA is amazing.. the breakfast is delicious .. the vibes of the hotel is so cozy and relaxing.. it made me compare every hotel to it later 😄 special thanks to Cecilia who assisted me during the stay

Lovely hotel in a gorgeous park location, very close to Little Venice and Old Town areas of Colmar.
Staff were exceptional - nothing was too much trouble and they so were do charming and kind about our very poor command of French!
The balcony/patio of our room overlooking the park was wonderful to sit out in the cooler hours of the morning.
Air conditioning wasn't the best - we sweltered through our 4 night stay.
The arrangement whereby the pool belongs to the day spa and you only get access to use the pool for 1 hour a day, which you have to book in advance. I would have expected a hotel of this calibre and expense to have its own swimming pool.
