Location is very good - close to the centre and bus services.
The flat is attractive, comfortable, and very well equipped.
We stayed here last year and were impressed with the facilities . Whitby is our favourite sea-side town, and we found the flata great place to stay.
We found the key to the outer door a bit difficult to use. Otherwise, everything else was fine.

Relaxing.
The scaffolding work in the building, would of liked a heads up.

We come to Whitby 5/6 times a year - we love it.
Location was great and we could take our dogs
Found a few cups, glasses and dog bowls not cleaned properly (and pans on the shelf but wasn't using those)
Floor area round the kitchen was very sticky
Blankets in the mirrored cupboard all screw up and just shoved in and smelt like wet dog
The shower wasn't great - not very warm at all
Also never stayed at an apartment were you have to strip you own bedding (been to approx 20 in last 5 years), thought that's what you pay a cleaning fee for!!
