Tru By Hilton Minneapolis Downtown

Breakfast was good except there’s not variety of fruits, and also the tables weren’t cleaned after customers leave. Location is good,

I found someone’s hair on one of the big towels but we didn’t use it. We had brought our own towels 😊. The workers in the kitchen needs to clean and wipe tables for the next customers. Also, I didn’t like the valet parking was kinda pricey. We parked a block away to save some $. It was nice to walk during this time, but I don’t know when it’s snowing and freezing cold.

The location was excellent. Breakfast options were good. We just thought for a room that size that there should have been another chair. We came from a much smaller room in the Dells of Wisconsin that had two chairs and a table. Also the ventilation system was extremely noisy, the fan never shut off after reaching the set temperature. I also noticed the elevator floors could use mopped as there was something sticky on it. Just FYI there is a gap between the carpet tiles just outside the room entrance.

Loved the location!! Didn't like that parking was not included in the price of the room.

Location, easy to navigate, friendliness, good food

Nothing

Everyone was nice, I loved the location and the staff. I really liked the breakfast and the toiletries were top notch. I would recommend this place to family and friends and I will be booking here in the future.

The Wi-fi made it hard for me to stay connected. Other than that it was a good stay. I understand sometimes having many people on one network slows down the quality of the wifi but in this case it was too bad to even upload a photo.
