Price! We were never told about the room deposit witch we never received back. There was bsolutely no damage or smoking in our room yet our whole entire floor of hotel smelled like crappy weed. Do not punish all guests for another's nasty smoke.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, this is the best 4 star hotel in Minneapolis. The rooms are very nice and not cheaply built like these newer places. The bathrooms have a standup and huge tubs. All of it is tile. The staff is very friendly, generous with upgrades and checkouts. If they can accommodate you, they will. They have the best gym of any hotel I’ve ever been to

My only complaint, the keycards suck. it’s really hard to get them to work in the elevator
