The breakfast took awhile to refill the things that were low and so we didn’t get the opportunity to have breakfast before we left.

The suite that my fiancé and I stayed was so comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. And breakfast was okay. I would definitely return.
The only thing I didn’t like was the bathroom door. It would slide. I prefer the door to close shut instead of slide. Also the air vent was not working.

Such a convenient location to the Van Gogh exhibit and to Old Town. Great parking, wonderful strong air-conditioning. Nice staff. Kitchenette nice and convenient. Was able to get early check-in, much appreciated in the 100degree weather!!
The electrical outlets in the room quit functioning off and on, which woke me up in the middle of the night because my CPAP lost power, and lights did too, then came back on intermittently. There was no soap in the bathroom. There was no directory in the room (breakfast hours, emergency escape routes, nearby restaurants, etc.)

$10 parking fee for a night. I did not know about this fee until checking in at the hotel. It’d be nice to let the customers know ahead when booking.

This is my second visit and both times something was broken in the room. This time it was the bathroom door. It wouldn't close.

Prime location for what we were in town for - about 10 min from the Ace of Spades and roughly the same amount of time to the Sac Waterfront.
Everything was truly great. The only tiniest complaint I have is the amount of pet hair/human hair in the extra set of bedding we got from the front lobby. It wasn’t enough to make us leave and it didn’t ruin our trip at all. It wasn’t horrible and we plan on staying again when we go to Sacramento, so again, just a tiny complaint.

the staff were so friendly and accommodating, I’m also a huge tea and coffee person so I was excited that was always readily available!
My pillows were super flat and my shower wasn’t as clean. overall I was happy with my decision to stay here!
