Big bedroom and bathrooms
Breakfast was lovely but wasn’t keen on the sausages and bacon provided

Dog friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were welcoming and friendly. We stayed here as it was a convenient stop on our journey.
The outside of the property is looking very tired and needs updating

The restaurant is fabulous, both for evening meal and breakfast. Excellent food, tasty and well presented.
Having paid a decent amount of money for a better than average room (King size) in what is essentially a pub, we were very disappointed to be put in a room facing directly on to a main road with traffic thundering past at all times of day and night. We had to have windows open as the room was very warm so that didn’t help. There is no sound proofing as the inn has old single-pane windows which I imagine cannot be tampered with.
I had requested before the visit to have a quiet room and was advised on arrival that they were fully booked and we couldn’t be moved. We therefore had a poor nights sleep, which was such a shame as the restaurant was so good.

"La colazione è fantastica, anche per noi italiani ci sono diverse opzioni dolci e molta attenzione al glutenfree e alle intolleranze...bravi!!!
Idem per la ristorazione, ottima la cena!
